Blueberry & Kiwi Yogurt Parfait

I've been sick for about a week now and I can tell that my appetite's been affected.  I'm a lot less energetic and all I feel like doing is lay in my bed all day. So this morning I decided to trick myself and build an appetite, through a pretty yet healthy breakfast.

You could use anything you'd like for your yogurt parfait, but here's what I used in case you're wondering.

Nestle Creamy Yogurt
Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli
Blueberries
1 Kiwi
Silk Pure Almond (optional)
HNZ Manuka Honey (optional)

What's your favorite breakfast?

  3. What a pretty display! That looks delicious. I'm not a big breakfast person, but when I do eat it, I go for the carbs lol. Bagels with cream cheese, cinnamon raisin toast, or english muffin with strawberry jam.

    Hope you start feeling better!

    1. Blueberries and raspberries are one of my favorite fruits (apart from mangoes)!! Annoying how they're so expensive here :( Try a mango parfait! It'll be really sweet and yummy - no need to add honey na :)

    1. I never eat cereal cause consuming milk in the morning when I was a kid would make me gag but I do love it for dessert or any other time of the day! My favorite cereal's Life :D
