The sweet and salty combination was delicious, plus it was fried to a perfect golden brown, without it being too greasy. 

Bone Marrow and Steak Tacos PHP 485
"Roasted corn salsa, flour tortillas, sweet n spicy salsa verde"
So sinful!!!!

I expected this starter to be served ready to eat, but the whole process of assembling the taco is what made the dish even more interesting. I feel like they put a lot of thought into this dish, from how all the flavors and textures go together to the presentation.

Southern Greens (Half) PHP 215
"House-mix lettuce, red and green apples, candied walnuts, house-made orange and creamy blue cheese dressing"
We ordered some greens to feel a little less guilty about what we just devoured. A simple salad was the way to go!

It was okay, I've had tastier burgers in the past. The sweet potato fries were pretty good though.

Blistered Tomatoes and Roasted Garlic Spaghetti PHP 285
"Red chiles, white tequila, tomato oil"

Nothing much exciting about this, but you can never go wrong with oil based pastas and lots of garlic. Oh, and my new favorite book "Eat Out Now" recommended it so of course I had to order it!

Hand Cut Charred Corned Beef PHP 685
"House-made, dark ale brined half pounder, green and purple cabbage, sweet potatoes, carrots, buttered corn rice and creamy horseradish"
Each spoonful I had of the tender corned beef and steamy hot buttered corn rice was so yummy. One of my favorites of the night.

The Baby Back Ribs (Half Slab) - with a side of Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes PHP 645
"Slow-baked then barbecued, wet, house-made barbecue glaze"

Served with 2 house-made sides and 2 sauces of your choice
Caramel Vanilla Bread Pudding Jar PHP 195
"Baked and spiked with dark bourbon caramel, crunch granola and vanilla ice cream"
Heaven in my mouth!!!! Everything we ordered from 'Cue down to the dessert did not disappoint.
