2. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface, brush melted butter on top,
3. Put the salmon fillet on one corner of the phyllo.  Spread a thick layer of goat's cheese on salmon and top with leeks and spinach mix
4. Fold and wrap the salmon into a parcel
5.  Repeat Procedure 2.  Place salmon parcel onto phyllo sheet then fold and wrap again into a parcel.  Repeat another two times so that salmon is actually wrapped in
four sheets of phyllo dough.  Brush melted butter all over the finished parcel and place on a baking sheet
5. Put in the oven and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes until golden brown

Try it and tell me how it goes! Just comment here if you have any further questions. Enjoy!!

Recipe: Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Chocolate (I used truffles)
Pretzels (or anything else that you like eating with chocolate like chips or candy)

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
2. After melting the chocolate, mix in the pretzels with the chocolate
3. Lay them out on a baking pan (I suggest you put wax paper on the pan first so they'll be easy to remove after) and leave them in the fridge to harden
